Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026 • Version 1.0

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and interacting with the LibPilot discovery platform, CLI components, or extension binaries, you agree to be bound by these unified terms. If you do not accept these architectural guidelines, you must terminate usage of our network endpoints and platform utilities immediately.

2. Permitted Use & Core Utility

LibPilot provides an automated, AI-augmented environment to accelerate registry discovery and open-source dependency tracking. You are granted a non-exclusive license to utilize these outputs for development workflows. Reverse engineering backend microservices or creating automated scrapers to degrade LibPilot query cycles is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

LibPilot indexes dynamic global indexes, bundle assets, and metrics fetched dynamically from decentralized third-party servers. All systems are provided on an "as-is" configuration without structural warranty. We assume zero liability for build breaking, dependency deprecation, or accuracy shifts generated by upstream AI logic models.
